Ένα μικρό, αλλά χαρισματικό νησί, η Ίος, με την ευεξία και τη θετική της ενέργεια θα φιλοξενήσει το παγκόσμιο πρωτάθλημα Beach Volley Features από τις 29 Ιουνίου έως τις 2 Ιουλίου 2022.
Ένα από τα καλύτερα τουρνουά του κόσμου θα λάβει χώρα στην παραλία του Μυλοπότα με τη συμμετοχή κορυφαίων αθλητών και εθνικών αποστολών από Ευρώπη, Αμερική, Ασία, Αφρική και Αυστραλία και με την ενεργή συμμετοχή εθνικών ομάδων της Ελλάδας.
Το αθλητικό γεγονός θα πλαισιωθεί από πολλές παράλληλες εκδηλώσεις και τη διοργάνωση θα παρακολουθήσει πλήθος επωνύμων από τον καλλιτεχνικό και αθλητικό χώρο.
Στη δημοφιλή παραλία της Ίου συγκεντρώνονται πολλοί επισκέπτες, κυρίως νεαρής ηλικίας. Πρόκειται για μία μεγάλη παραλία με χρυσαφένια άμμο και κρυστάλλινα, καταγάλανα νερά. Θεωρείται από τις ομορφότερες παραλίες των Κυκλάδων και μαζί με το Μαγγανάρι είναι οι ομορφότερες παραλίες της Ίου.
