Η Κυρά Παναγιά Απερίου, είναι ακατοίκητος οικισμός της Καρπάθου ο οποίος βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού. Στην παραλία δεσπόζει το εκκλησάκι Κυρά Παναγιά, δίνοντάς της και το χαρακτηριστικό της όνομα.
Είναι η δημοφιλέστατη επιλογή για όσους ονειρεύονται να κάνουν τον γάμο τους ή τη βάφτιση των παιδιών τους σε ένα γραφικό, παραθαλάσσιο τοπίο.
Είναι μία από τις πιο φωτογραφημένες παραλίες όλων των Δωδεκανήσων, με ιδιαίτερη φήμη στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης, ιδιαίτερα στο Instagram. Χρυσαφένια αμμουδιά και πεντακάθαρα βαθιά νερά, περικυκλωμένη με βουνά γεμάτα πεύκο που κατεβαίνουν μέχρι την παραλία. Η γύρω του χωριού περιοχή περιλαμβάνεται στον χαρακτηρισμένο βιότοπο Natura2000.
