Βλέπετε την Παναγία της Μονής Φιλέρημου, στη Ρόδο. Την εικόνα πήραν μαζί τους οι Ιππότες του Τάγματος Αγίου Ιωάννη, φεύγοντας από τη Ρόδο, μετά την κατάκτηση του νησιού από τον Σουλεϊμάν τον Μεγαλοπρεπή.
Κατασκευάστηκε πιθανότατα στην Κωνσταντινούπολη κατά τον 10ο-11ο αιώνα και θεωρήθηκε θαυματουργή τόσο από τους Ιωαννίτες Ιππότες όσο και από τον ντόπιο πληθυσμό για την συμβολή της στην απόκρουση των επιθέσεων των Οθωμανών.
Το 1523 κατά την παράδοση του νησιού στους Οθωμανούς και την αποχώρηση τους , οι ιππότες του Τάγματος του Αγίου Ιωάννη πήραν μαζί τους την εικόνα και μετά από περιπλάνηση 479 ετών η εικόνα βρίσκεται τελικά στο Μπλε Παρεκκλήσι του Εθνικού Μουσείου του Μαυροβουνίου, στο Τσετίνιε.
