Είναι πικρή, ελαφριά και ξανθιά και φιλοδοξεί να φτάσει σε όλο τον κόσμο… Πρόκειται για την μπύρα που παράγεται στην Πάρο και κυκλοφορεί όχι μόνο στο νησί και τις υπόλοιπες Κυκλάδες, αλλά ήδη εξάγεται σε ξένες αγορές, στην Αμερική και τη Σιγκαπούρη.
Θεωρείται μία από τις πλέον σημαντικές επενδύσεις στην Πάρο και αποτελεί πλέον και τουριστικό αξιοθέατο στο νησί. Η παριανή μπύρα με το όνομα «56isles » (το όνομα γεννήθηκε από τον αριθμό των 56 μικρών και μεγάλων νησιών του συμπλέγματος των Κυκλάδων), είναι χαρακτηριστική του μικροκλίματος της Πάρου: παράγεται με τη χρήση του κριθαριού που καλλιεργείται στο νησί και δίνει έναν ιδιαίτερο γευστικό χαρακτήρα σε μια μπύρα που μυρίζει… Αιγαίο.
