Η Μυρτώ Λιάτη, στέλεχος της ελληνικής πρεσβείας, ρίσκαρε τα πάντα για να το εκδώσει, μιμούμενη μάλιστα το επίσημο ύφος της πρεσβείας για να διαδώσει αντιδικτατορικές γελοιογραφίες.
