Το Μαγγανάρι είναι παραθαλάσσιος οικισμός της Ίου. Είναι μία από τις πιο όμορφες, αλλά και πιο ήσυχες παραλίες του Αιγαίου πελάγους.
Βρίσκεται στο νότιο άκρο της Ίου και σε απόσταση περίπου 20 χιλιομέτρων από τη χώρα του νησιού. Στην πραγματικότητα δεν πρόκειται για μια παραλία αλλά για περισσότερες, με 3 μεγάλες και πολλές μικρότερες ενωμένες μεταξύ τους. Στην ακτή θα συναντήσετε υπέροχη χρυσή άμμο, η οποία σε συνδυασμό με τα ρηχά γαλαζοπράσινα νερά δημιουργούν ένα εξωτικό τοπίο, αλλά και τις κατάλληλες συνθήκες για να την επισκεφθούν οικογένειες με παιδιά.
Στην παραλία Μαγγανάρι της Ίου γυρίστηκαν μερικές από τις πιο συναρπαστικές σκηνές της γαλλικής ταινίaς «Απέραντο Γαλάζιο» του κορυφαίου σκηνοθέτη Luc Besson. Με την προβολή της ταινίας να σημειώνει εμπορική επιτυχία, ειδικά στην Ευρώπη, το ενδιαφέρον του κοινού για την παραλία αυξήθηκε κατακόρυφα.
