Στην περιοχή της Κόκκαλης, στη Λέρο, βρίσκεται το γραφικό εκκλησάκι του Άγιου Ισίδωρου κτισμένο σε ένα νησάκι μέσα στη θάλασσα το οποίο συνδέεται με την ξηρά, μέσω ενός πέτρινου μονοπατιού, μήκους περίπου 50 μέτρων, δίπλα στο παλιό βουλιαγμένο λιμανάκι.
Το μικρό ασβεστωμένο εκκλησάκι, με τους εξώστες και τους πέτρινους πάγκους του, είναι ένα από τα πιο γραφικά ρομαντικά και ειδυλλιακά μέρη του νησιού.
Είναι το πιο πολυφωτογραφημένο εκκλησάκι του νησιού και για αυτό εκεί τελούνται πολλοί γάμοι και βαπτίσεις. Στον βυθό γύρω από το βράχο που είναι χρισμένος ο Άγιος Ισίδωρος υπάρχουν χαλάσματα τα οποία πιθανολογείται ότι προέρχονται από αρχαία κτίσματα.
