Βλέπετε το Παλαμήδι είναι ένα από τα ωραιότερα κάστρα της Ελλάδας και το μεγαλύτερο και καλύτερα διατηρημένο φρουριακό συγκρότημα της Ενετοκρατίας, που βρίσκεται στο Ναύπλιο.
Είναι σε ύψος 216 μέτρων, σε σημείο που δεσπόζει πάνω από την πόλη του Ναυπλίου και ελέγχει τον Αργολικό κόλπο. Διατηρείται σε άριστη κατάσταση και αποτελεί ένα από τα σπουδαιότερα επιτεύγματα της βενετσιάνικης οχυρωματικής αρχιτεκτονικής.
Το φρούριο του Παλαμηδίου συνδέεται με την πόλη του Ναυπλίου με μία κλιμακωτή άνοδο ενισχυμένη με μικρές πολεμίστρες η οποία οδηγεί στην ΒΔ πλευρά του. Πρόκειται για τη σκάλα που η λαϊκή παράδοση την ήθελε να αποτελείται από 999 σκαλοπάτια καθώς το 1000ο το έσπασε το πόδι του αλόγου του Γέρου Μωριά. Στην πραγματικότητα η κλίμακα έχει λιγότερα σκαλοπάτια (857) και κατασκευάστηκε την εποχή του Όθωνα.
